1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by EliteEdge Edina Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers who request towing, roadside assistance, or related services from our company.
2. Services Provided
EliteEdge Edina Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, weather conditions, and equipment availability. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the job poses safety risks to our drivers or equipment.
3. Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront pricing estimates when you call for service. Final charges may vary based on additional services required, distance traveled, or unforeseen circumstances encountered during the job. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If your insurance company is covering the tow, you are responsible for any charges not covered by your policy.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location when you request service. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before it is towed. EliteEdge Edina Towing is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during transport. You must provide proof of ownership or authorization to tow the vehicle. If you are not the registered owner, you may be required to provide written permission from the owner before we can proceed with the tow.
5. Liability and Insurance
EliteEdge Edina Towing carries comprehensive liability and cargo insurance to protect your vehicle during transport. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from conditions beyond our control such as severe weather or road hazards. We inspect your vehicle before loading and document its condition. Any claims for damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for damage to low-clearance vehicles that cannot be safely loaded onto standard equipment, unless flatbed service was specifically requested and provided.
6. Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and arrives at your location before you cancel, you may be charged a trip fee to cover the cost of the dispatched service. If you are not present at the location when our driver arrives and we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly at hello@edinatowingservice.com or (952) 521-9731. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. If we cannot reach a resolution, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and handled in the appropriate courts in Hennepin County.
8. Service Area
Our primary service area includes Edina, MN and surrounding communities. We also provide long-distance towing to locations outside our immediate area. Additional fees may apply for services provided outside our standard service radius. Please confirm service availability and pricing when you call.
9. Emergency Services
We provide 24/7 emergency towing and roadside assistance. Response times may vary based on your location, current call volume, traffic conditions, and weather. While we strive to reach you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times. Emergency situations involving safety hazards or vehicles blocking traffic will be prioritized.
10. Changes to Terms
EliteEdge Edina Towing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
